    Currently, our blood DNA testing is only offered in San Antonio, Texas, and surrounding areas, but mouth swab testing may be available in other locations.

    At this time, we do not offer payment plans. Full payment is required before testing services are performed.

    No. Refunds are not issued based on results, as the testing process is a scientific analysis that cannot be changed or influenced.

    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, which is non-refundable.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept major credit/debit cards. Payment must be made before or at the time of service.

    Yes, as long as you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, there is no rescheduling fee.
